Join Heidi and Ellen every Thursday night at 6:45pm for an All-Levels Hoop Tricks class. Whether you are new to hooping or you have established a hoop practice, this class will teach you the foundations of a move, teach you vacations of that move and transitions in and out of the move so you can incorporate it into your hoop flow.
